Korn - Evolution

Non è per nulla pertinente con il precedente post, ma pensando a ciò che ho scritto e arrivando alla conclusione paradossale che più si va avanti più si torna indietro, mi è venuto in mente questo video. Dei Korn originali, quelli che hanno cambiato il gusto degli adolescenti degli anni '90, all'uscita di quest'ultimo album nel 2007, sono rimast in tre. Tre teste ben pensanti a mio avviso, che hanno scelto un titolo ironico e che hanno visto "nell'evoluzione" del loro suono "la ricetta" per restare creativi. Per cui reputo che il gruppo si sia evoluto anche grazie a questo cambiamento di stile, nonostante sia anch'io una tra le nostalgiche dei vecchi Korn, ma al contrario degli altri non sono delusa. Lo stile è sicuramente cambiato, ma i temi affrontati a mio parere rimangono dello stesso spessore.

Ripeto: titolo assolutamente ironico. In realtà l'uomo non si è evoluto affatto. Anzi continua a lottare per il territorio e a fare guerra alle altre nazioni... e in nome di che cosa? Della giustizia! Delle religioni che vogliono prevalere l'una sull'altra! L'umanità è impazzita e noi siamo una razza stupida...
